I was able to attend Burning Man for the second time in 2011. I was able to attend for 12 days, arriving four days before the event began. I stayed in a camp filled with staff and volunteers who were responsible for all the art on the Playa and this allowed me to experience many rare opportunities. I documented much, and missed much. It is too big to fully capture. My presentation at Calumet is my attempt at showing the temporary nature of the art and how overwhelming the event can be and dedicated to the remarkable people who help put it all together.
